Deposit Protection Service
As part of our legal obligations, Patchett Homes are members of the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) and adhere to their government backed guidelines on deposit protection.
The service is in place to protect the Landlord, Tenant and ourselves and acts as a secure facility to hold clients deposits. It also acts as an intermediary if a problem occurs.
As part of our management service, we will arrange for all deposits to be allocated to the scheme free of charge.
