Whilst we aim to deal with every repair as efficiently as possible, please appreciate that other repairs may take priority. We reserve the right to charge a tenant for repairs caused through neglect, vandalism or misuse of the property. You must inform us of ANY work you intend to carry out on the property regardless of it’s' nature.
