We are a family firm based in Bradford with unrivalled experience in property development and management. At the turn of the century, R.J. Patchett Ltd was responsible for the building of many small housing estates in and around the Bradford area.

Over the years, we have sold our homes to satisfied private owners and still manage many properties including houses and flats, shops, garages, offices and care homes. Patchett Homes Ltd continues this tradition and offers a complete property repair service to the public sector, private landlords and home owners alike.

The property maintenance side of the company has the experience and expertise to completely renovate all types of property as well as carry out minor repairs and gas safety checks and gas work all under the Gas Safe Register.  Our team consists of fully qualified and experienced plumbers, electricians, joiners, plasterers, decorators and ground workers.  We have a fully fitted joinery workshop producing windows, doors, door casings, skirting & architraves, and bespoke joinery items.
